‘C01’ indicates that DCK Robotic Lawn Mower is now relocating. DCK Robotic Lawn Mower seeks out the nearest RFID beacon along the boundary for relocation every time it changes missions, such as starting or finishing mowing an area, returning to charge, and resuming work after a pause.
‘C02’ indicates that DCK Robotic Lawn Mower is nowmowing along the edge.
Please check out if the RFID beacons are installed following theguide, and also check the boundary wire on both sides of the charging dock, 2m of STRAIGHT boundary wire on each side is required.
If DCK Robotic Lawn Mower continues to follow the perimeter wire and overlooks the RFID beacons it has passed, you may need to check whether the RFID beacon is damaged, improperly placed on a curving wire or outside the perimeter wire, or verify the placement of the RFID beacons according to the installationguide.
DCK Robotic Lawn Mower connects to the internet through its charging dock, typically maintaining a good connection within a range of up to 50m in an open field and a 15-30m range if the signal is obstructed by obstacles such as slopes or buildings. If Terraina is out of the connection range and appears offline on the app, anyoperation can only be sentonce Terraina returns to the connection range.
