WARRANTY TERMS

DCK offers a 2-year warranty for the robotic mower and 1 year for its battery against defects in materials and quality, from the date of original purchase, and valid only for the original purchaser.

Any defects in materials or quality in this mower under normal use, maintenance, and service. DCK will,at its option, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable time period. Replacement parts may be new, used, refurbished, or rebuilt parts meeting specifications.

• Damage caused by water seepage from using a high-pressure washer, or from being submerged under water – for example, when heavy rain forms pools of water.
• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions – like storms or lightning.
• Damage caused by improper battery storage or battery handling.
• Damage caused by using parts not permitted by DCK – such as cutting blades, batteries, power adapters,and more.
• Damage to the loop wire, cutting blades, screws, and other components which are known as quick-wear parts.
• Damage caused by any unauthorized modification of any part of the product.

For warranty service, contact DCK customer services to troubleshoot the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will be given instructions on how to obtain warranty services. DCK is responsible for delivery and pickup charges to and from the service center. DCK will return the repaired product to you at no charge.
